Significant Business Problems Jet Blue Faced
Length: 3 pages (714 Words)
JetBlue is an airline operating company based in the New York, North Island. It mainly serves destinations such as Bermuda, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Colombia, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. According to the JetBlue case study, the most significant problem ever faced by the Airline was a noble air traffic day. JetBlue passengers spent as many as eleven hours due to the storm in the winter and poor airline planning. Flights in the whole state were stranded due to inadequate planning. JetBlue customer service was damaged because most customers were unhappy with the amount of time spent on the planes (Effectively Managing Performance Measurement Systems JetBlue Case Study, 2007, p. 17).
