One of my great attributes is being organized. I ensure that I have a clear course and lesson plans, include objectives for each class, and perform an evaluation after every lesson to ensure that I am on the track. Correspondingly, I have trained my students better learning postures and verbal and non-verbal cues that they can use to raise issues during the lessons. For example, students who do not understand some parts of the lesson raise their hands instead of shouting or murmuring. Iask my students a lot of questions as well to gauge their understanding and identify areas of difficulties.
Furthermore, the use of teacher binders has greatly helped me in staying organized and reflecting on teaching styles which helps me to ensure that they are relevant and helpful to students. I also widely consult with other teachers to get insights and new teaching approaches. They have equally been useful when I do not understand a concept or when one of the students does not comprehend my teaching methods. Lastly, my good rapport with students has played a significant role in creating a collaborative and interactive learning environment where students feel valued and are free to raise grievances. Being the lead coach for PBSIS has further enhanced my relationship with my students.
