Video Review for 'Good To Great by Jim Collins'
Read, Watch And Response
Length: 2 pages (550 Words)
I agree with Jim Collin’s view that the leaders of a company have to do what it takes to achieve the success of an enterprise company. There is no a specific way of doing it, but at the end success of obtainable. Money and change mastery does not move a company from good to great, nor does instilling fear in workers drive the needed change. Instead, it perpetuates mediocrity. One aspect that I always associate with such dedication in leadership is self-motivation. Self-motivation is all about having self-drive of knowing what to do, at what time and in the right place.
