This combination of people results into a working environment with different characters and behavior. This can result to different views from various people regarding to a particular issue. In this case, the different points of view from various people can have both its advantages and drawbacks. However, in most cases, the advantages of workforce diversity outweigh the drawbacks. Firstly, workforce diversity helps to understand the different perspectives, experiences, and strengths of each individual (Kossek, Lobel & Brown 2006). People have different behaviors and habits. For instance, there are individuals who are critics by nature. They are always opposing on any proposal made. The individual interprets any idea from a negative perspective and crafts any information to criticize the proposed idea.
