In Disaster Medicine program at Philadelphia University

This is a proposal for covering the hundred experimental hours in the Disaster Medicine Program. As Saudi Students, our goal after finishing the program is to give as much knowledge that we gained from United States to Saudi Arabia. In 2006, during the annual Hajj, (performed By Muslims where millions of people gather in a small place), according to IFRC, 362 people lost their lives and hundreds got injuries at the foot of Jamarat Bridge. That was the place where pilgrims were getting back to Mina from Tawaf-al- Wada for the last ceremony of Hajj. Since that day, we have been thinking of several ways on how to become a part of a team that prevent such event. Since, every year the pilgrims rise in a number, and in the past few years they have reached 4 million.
