Most businesses need to actively make use of the new technologies to gain some advantages in the technological world if they have to manage their brand effectively. In most cases, business that do not have an active application of the new technologies nowadays have failed miserably because they do not know what is good for them with the changing times. As such, I can agree with the proposition that the iPhone has become an industry changer as opposed to a game changer.
