The semester has been quite enlightening to me. I got to learn a lot about personal health and psychological disorders. Respectively, I will extensively elaborate the knowledge and skills I have acquired throughout the semester and the corresponding behavior change.
In particular, I have gained knowledge in nutrition, physical health, mental health, and blood pressure regulation. In addition, I have been enlightened about psychological disorders. As a matter of fact, it is every individual’s responsibility to take care of his or her health. First and foremost, eating well is fundamental. For instance, one should not eat a lot of junk food, but rather vegetables and fruits; this prevents heart diseases and abnormal blood pressure. One should also strive to be in a healthy frame of mind by having positive thoughts and thus avoid stress. In other words, one should be very careful with the type of thoughts he or she entertains, as they shape the type of person he or she is to become.
