Eating disorders are severe and grave conditions that are related to persistent eating behaviors that negatively affect emotions, health, and ability to function of essential part of life. There are various common eating disorders such as Nervosa, anorexia, binge-eating disorder and bulimia nervosa. Most of these eating disorders revolve around too much of body shape and weight resulting from dangerous eating behaviors. These behaviors significantly impact the ability of the body to get adequate nutrition. In most cases, eating disorders harm the digestive systems, heart, bones, mouth, and bones leading to diseases. Eating disorder develops from the food imbalances and can affect everyone. Although researchers and doctors are unclear as to why eating disorder occurs in the first place, they have agreed that it is a combination of various factors (Staff, 2015). It is mainly marked by extremes when people experience disturbances in their eating behaviors. Such extremes are reduction in the intake of food, extreme eating, feeling of extreme concern and distress about their body shape and weight. In this case, people with eating disorders may have started with a large or a small amount of food that normal.
