Within an organizational setting, it is important to consider the importance of diversity because it offers the members an edge on how to deal with a host of challenging situations. It is also advisable for employees to understand the importance of an organization to have diversity when it comes to the attainment of set goals. While carrying out the diversity self-assessment, I often make specific goals my top priority. Carrying out these assessments are important because, personally, they have helped in assessing my strengths and weaknesses as a way of deliberately trying to improve myself. While carrying out the test, I always have questions regarding the curious things or people that I encounter. Through these tests, I have learnt that it is important to ask for clarification whenever I fail to understand what other employees within the workplace
