The Big Bend is a national park located on the southwestern part of the state of Texas in the United States and borders Mexico. The Big Bend covers approximately 1,252 square miles or 3242 square kilometers tract of land. It dates back to 1935 when it was gazette as a national park under the management of the National Park Service. It is rich in very many attraction sites and natural features. The geographical setting of the Big Bend is one that offers a lot to watch and research on. It makes up part of the last remaining natural conservation site for the United States and is thus a very special resource for the state.
